Shipping policy

All laser engraved items will be created and shipped promptly after payment and design approval have been received from the customer, usually within 2-3 business days. All non personalized items will ship within 2-3 business days of payment receipt.  A shipment tracking number will be assigned and emailed to you for tracking purposes once the order has been processed.  

Although we strive to provide the best possible customer service but we are not responsible for UPS and USPS shipping delays, this is especially important to note during the holiday season.  We will provide a cutoff date for Christmas orders as the time approaches to ensure you have ample time to receive your order before the holiday.
